Follow Anna for the guided route or choose Explore to move freely. You can keep using the verified local guide if the live museum backend is unavailable.
Take the route
- Select Start Tour or First Stop.
- Use Next Exhibit to move through Iceland, Norway, and Denmark.
- Choose Explore on a phone to reveal the map, exhibit list, and movement arrows.
- Select Guide to return to Anna's guided view.
Ask Anna
Ask about the visible photograph, its approved facts, the route, or a comparison between stops. You can name another stop, for example “Take me back to Iceland.” If Anna does not have approved information, she should say so rather than invent it.
Sound and languages
English uses the configured Anna voice where available. The current Chinese and Arabic routes are text-only because a reviewed voice has not yet been approved for those languages. Use Mute Anna at any time.
Connection status
An Offline guide notice means the live backend is unavailable or has the wrong service profile. Local exhibit answers remain available and the page retries automatically. Use Retry after the service is restored. After one complete online visit, a venue kiosk also keeps a reviewed app shell for warm offline restarts; first installation still requires a connection.
Shared kiosk privacy
Use End Visit before leaving a shared display. The venue can enable an inactivity warning and automatic reset; Continue Visit keeps your current session, while End Now clears it for the next visitor.

This candidate does not yet publish a verified public support channel. A production venue must provide an operable help contact. Through an approved project channel, include the page, browser, device, and a short reproduction; never send passwords or sensitive personal data.
