Visitor information
Accessibility
The guide includes keyboard, touch, text, reduced-motion, mute, and non-WebGL paths. It has not yet received an independent accessibility conformance audit.
Available controls
- Use Tab and Shift+Tab to reach language, Help, route, feedback, and Ask controls.
- Use WASD or arrow keys in Explore mode; mobile movement targets are at least 44 by 44 CSS pixels.
- Use Mute Anna to stop spoken output while keeping the answer text.
- Use the Conversation disclosure to review recent text answers.
- If your system requests reduced motion, Anna uses a static presentation and route changes settle without animated walking.
- If WebGL is unavailable, the page presents the same three photographs as a readable two-dimensional route.
Known limits
Free-roaming 3D navigation can be difficult for some keyboard, screen magnification, vestibular, and screen-reader users. The fallback photo route does not yet provide every interactive Q&A feature. Generated speech is not a replacement for the visible transcript.
Report a barrier
This candidate does not yet publish a verified public accessibility contact; a production venue must provide one. Through an approved project channel, include the page, device, browser, assistive technology, expected result, and what happened. Do not include sensitive personal information.
Production gate
A client museum must review content, keyboard operation, screen-reader output, zoom, contrast, captions or transcripts, reduced motion, mobile touch, and its required accessibility standard before launch.
